3. Tree Yoga
| KEY SKILLS | Stress management, relaxation, emotional management, mental presence, concentration, sensory activation.
During this experience, participants will learn a body wellness practice centered on stretching and stretching exercises related to the trees of the Curone Valley forest.
With bare feet (if the season allows) or with light shoes, people will be guided to make sweet and harmonizing movements together, meeting a state of deep relaxation and emotional, mental and bodily alignment, regenerating energy physical and mental and favoring a renewed predisposition to learning.
This activity therefore arises as energizer within a meeting, to renew mental energies and the capacity for attention and concentration, or how to cuddle at the end of a training or work day .
